Social Media Module 

Inbox:

Reply to messages from your social media: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Google My Business from the same place and quickly.

You can select a social media by clicking on it to see its specific messages or select all of them at once. You will also have the following filters:

• Not results: Messages you saw, but not yet answered.
  
• Unread: Messages you saw, but not yet answered  
• All: Here you find both read, unread and unresolved messages.
  
   

#PilotTip: You can filter by Google My Business reviews, private messages or comments on your published posts by clicking on the funnel icon next to the search engine.

This gives greater visibility of messages received or sent and makes it easier to search for them.

Anything you reply to will remain in the conversation history or, if it is a comment, will automatically be reflected in your account.

 

The Inbox tool is part of the SSR module as well as SmartLinks, Adds, Analytics and Planning.
