    This functionality will allow you to know where you have to focus your efforts to improve your conversion rate.

    Why is it so important to create a sales process?

    Because it allows you to understand the results of each step in the leads attraction process and make certain decisions in each one to optimize results.

    These processes can be assigned to the leads manually or automatically with our Automation Business Rules.

    Also, you can do automatic actions as long as you move forward in the commercial process with our business rules. For instance, you can create a survey to measure customer satisfaction or send an automatic email offering a test drive or another thing.

     

    Inside the Lead sheet, you will see this way

    📌Desktop version

    In this version, you will see the number and name of the step in which the lead is positioned and a drop-down button. This button shows all the process steps in the order established in the Pilot Admin.

    You can change the step inside your sales funnel as long as you move forward in the commercial process.

     

    📌Mobile version

    In this version, you will see a drop-down button with the step where you are positioned.

     

    #PilotTip When you analyze your sales funnel, you will understand which is the lost sales percentage in each step until the deal is closed. Also, you will be able to know your pain points and work to improve this situation. Ej. Lack of stock, bad lead management, uncompetitive price, etc.
