Now you can add external links to Pilot for free!

 

With this new function you can centralize the access in Pilot to the various platforms that your team interacts with every day.

This will allow the users to quickly access other external sites from Pilot as needed to complete their tasks, for example:

• To the OEM intranet to rapidly visualize the brand news.
• To your brand’s finance company to request a loan application.
• To an internal price list, e-mail inbox, Whatsapp web, etc.

 

Once it was configured in the Pilot Admin, it will be displayed this way:

 

You are going to be able to tag your links as: “public” or “private”.

• Public: These will be visible and accessible to any users/positions.
• Private: These will only be visible and accessible to positions defined in the link form.
