Ford Motor Company chose Pilot Solution as its Corporate CRM for its entire Ford and Lincoln dealer network in Mexico.
After a bidding process which lasted more than a year, the Mexican company chose Pilot as its new integral CRM. It will be operational by mid 2022 all over the country.
Six world-class companies participated in the bidding process, which underwent a very demanding evaluation process in the technical, commercial and marketing areas. It also had the consensus of the whole dealer network, that endorsed the election of Pilot as the main CRM. They considered Pilot a user-friendly tool, powerful and easy to integrate with any data channel. Besides, it allows you to have online reports which give you real-time and specialized information in the automotive industry.
