Within the “Leads portfolio” report, you can access the Bulk Lead Closure functionality where you’ll find the option for “Bulk actions”.
Within “Bulk Actions”, you will find the “Leads counter” button, indicating the quantity to be processed. This is based on the filter previously set within the “Leads Portfolio”, which you can view in the left-hand box.
Clicking on “Close” will open a pop-up where you need to specify the closure reason and provide a mandatory description.
IMPORTANT
- The limit for bulk closing Leads is 1000, and must already be pre-filtered. In other words, if 1001 leads entered the filter, the process will not initiate, and a warning will be displayed when clicking on “close data” button.
- This is a/an asynchronous process. At the time of closed the window where you put the close motive and the description.
- In case that in the filter has already closer leads, will not take action on them and will be ignored.
