Pilot use tip: Automatic redirection of leads between brands or business types

    In Pilot you can program the automatic redirection of your clients to new sellers in two situations so that you do not miss any sales opportunity.

    Know which they are:

    1 – If you sell different brands and a seller gives up on a lead because the client wants to buy another brand that you work with, Pilot automatically redirects that lead to the seller of that brand so that you do not lose the sale.

    2 – If a client decides to change the type of business (ex: between a new car and a used one) in the purchase process, and that process is handled by different collaborators, Pilot can automatically redirect the lead to the new collaborator so that you do not lose the possibility of closing the sale.
